McCall Returns to Motor Mile in Search of Repeat Success
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (June 24, 2010) - Matt McCall and the Fat Head Racing No. 23 Denver Marine Bearden Oil Late Model Stock Car will return to Motor Mile Speedway on Saturday, June 26th, for Twin 100-Lap Late Model Stock features. Looking to continue his success at the .416 mile oval, McCall is ready to take to the track for some fierce competition.
While it may be a recently formed venture, McCall and Fat Head Racing have already been hard at work and proven that together they are a contender to be reckoned with. With the driving experience of two-time UARA Champion, Matt McCall, and the superiority of Fat Head Racing owner, Jamie Yelton's, equipment, it's no wonder that this duo has experienced such early triumph. Returning to Motor Mile for their second time together, the pair is carrying a lot of momentum ready to be unleashed.
"I am really looking forward to going back to Motor Mile Speedway," said McCall. "I feel like we have made some more gains, so I am really excited to see the results."
Saturday, June 26th, will be a busy day for McCall at Motor Mile Speedway. The day starts when pit gates open at 12:30 p.m. followed by practice at 2:00 p.m., qualifying at 4:45 p.m. The green-flag will drop for the feature event starting at 7:00 p.m.
