MAKING HIS RETURN - Colin Braun returns to the No. 16 Con-way Freight Ford Fusion this weekend for Roush Fenway Racing at Kentucky Speedway this weekend. Braun was last in the car three weeks ago at Dover International Speedway where he recorded his first top-10 of the season. Last weekend, Braun practiced the No. 98 car for teammate Paul Menard at Nashville Superspeedway while Menard was fulfilling his Cup Series duties in Pocono.

BRAUN AT KENTUCKY - Braun has made two previous starts at the 1.5-mile tri-oval in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, but this will be his first in the Nationwide Series. In his two Truck Series starts, Braun has an average starting position of 5.0 and average finish of 18.0.

SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS AT KENTUCKY - On Saturday, June 12, Braun will join teammates Brian Ickler and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. to sign autographs with other competitors from the Nationwide Series from 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. The session will be held in the display area outside the speedway gates.

ROUSH FENWAY AT KENTUCKY - In 16 Nationwide Series starts, Roush Fenway Racing has one win, four top-fives, seven top-10s, one pole award and 392 laps led at Kentucky Speedway. The lone win came from Carl Edwards in 2005 where he took the checkers after starting from the pole position.

CHASSIS SELECTION - Crew chief Ben Leslie has selected RK-356 for this weekend at Kentucky. This car was last raced by Braun at Dover International Speedway three weeks ago where he tallied a 10th-place finish, his highest of the season.

"I am so excited to be able to get back in the No. 16 Con-way Freight Ford this weekend at Kentucky. I've been looking forward to it since Dover actually. We had a really good race there and we're bringing back that same car this weekend with more high hopes. Even though I haven't been in the No. 16 these past few weeks, I've been able to continue learning. It was great helping Brian (Ickler) kind of get acclimated for his first couple starts and it was awesome to get to help Paul (Menard) out last weekend in Nashville. That team had a really great finish there and I feel like I got to help out with that which was cool."

About Colin Braun

Colin Braun, driver of the NASCAR Nationwide Series No. 16 Con-way Freight Roush Fenway Racing Ford, started his driving career at the age of 6 and found quick sucess. He became the youngest driver to race in a Daytona Prototype, won his first career Grand Am race at the Brumos Porsche 250 at Daytona, and became the youngest driver in North America to win a major auto race at 17 years, 9 mos. and 7 days. At the end of the 2006 season, he was named Rookie-of-the-Year for all of motorsports by SPEED and Racer magazine.

In 2007, Braun also became the youngest driver to stand on the podium at the 24 Hours of LeMans when he finished second in his class. In 2008 and 2009, the rising star competed full-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the No. 6 Con-way Freight Ford F-150 for Roush Fenway Racing. He earned Raybestos Rookie-of-the-Year honors in 2008, and captured his first win and five pole positions in 2009. He also made six NASCAR Nationwide Series starts for Roush over the course of two seasons, earning two pole positions and a top-5 finish.

Braun, now 21 years old, embarks on his first full-time NASCAR Nationwide Series season, as he looks to win the 2010 Raybestos Rookie of the Year award.
