Bowyer also drove this car to a 40th-place result after being involved in an accident at Talladega in May 2006, a 10th-place finish at Daytona in July 2006 and a seventh-place finish at Daytona in July 2007.

Tim George Jr. Quotes:
Talk about superspeedway racing with Richard Childress Racing and your goals for this weekend's ARCA race.
"This will be my third year racing at Talladega. RCR has historically been strong at superspeedway racing, and I'm proud to drive a plate race for such a well respected brand. We have been working hard to get our car to draft well, which is somewhat difficult because of the lack of drafting practice in ARCA. Technology is helpful, but there's no substitute for the real thing. It will be good to have my Cup teammates there to lean on for support as well."
