Tim George Jr. Looking to Wrangle Texas Motor Speedway
Debut at Texas Motor Speedway for Rattlesnake 150

Mooresville, N.C. (April 15, 2010)-Texas is known for Longhorn cattle, oil, cowboys, Texas Rangers and the space program. This Friday, April 16th the cowboys of the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards will return to Texas Motor Speedway for the Rattlesnake 150 after an 11 year absence. Many series competitors, including Tim George Jr., are looking to explore the 1.5-mile speedway and return victorious.

The ARCA Racing Series is making their return to Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) for the first time since the inaugural race on September 18, 1998. Although George will be making his TMS debut, Richard Childress Racing has a long history at the track, including six wins.

George and the No. 31 RCR Development Chevrolet was one of many teams who participated in an open-test at the 1.5-mile speedway on March 9. "Texas is going to be one of the toughest places for me this year, but I'm up for the challenge," said George.

Entering Texas, George is ranked ninth in ARCA driver point standings (475), tied with Joey Coulter. The New York, N.Y. native, Tim George Jr., scored his best ARCA finish of the 2010 season with a 16th- place finish in last weekend's Kentuckiana Ford Dealers 200 at Salem (Ind.) Speedway.

George will wheel of the No.31 Childress Racing Development Chevrolet Impala, on Friday, April 16th, for the ARCA Rattlesnake 150 at Texas Motor Speedway. Televised live on SPEED the broadcast begins at 7:30 P.M. (ET). SPEED is DirecTV channel 607 and Dish Network channel 150.
